Group Coaching

The more the merrier – and it’s cheaper, too. Let’s dive head-first into jump rope basics and learn some new tricks while bonding over successes, mistakes, and fun new experiences for everyone. Join drop-in classes or be part of my exclusive group cohorts! Monthly group cohorts on rotation. These 45 minute classes are high intensity, sweaty & fun and we’re jumping to the music! Killer calorie burn!
