What's my story? Why Jump rope?

Listen, I’ve been where you’ve been.

I’ve struggled to find that perfect thing that will keep me consistent. You know you need to be active and do your body good but you’ve tried everything. Nothing sticks. You did the running, you did the yoga, you did the calisthenics. You get bored, you lose motivation and you fall off the track, again.

I feel you. I was the same. Stuck in a dilemma.

For me? I knew I needed to maintain an active lifestyle because it saves my mental health but I couldn’t find that one thing for me that keeps me motivated, pushing forward even on cold, hard days!

Until I found jump rope.
